This immersive LED tunnel screen is a custom curved & arched LED visual solution, built with flexible LED panels, forming a continuous enclosed tunnel space combining curved side walls and arched ceiling. The whole structure adopts customized steel frame engineering to fit the arc profile perfectly. 1. Flexible LED Panels for Curved Forming Adopted flexible LED modules, which can bend to form smooth arched & curved surfaces. It realizes seamless splicing on the arch top and side tunnel walls, eliminating the visual breakpoints of conventional flat LED screens. The modules are lightweight, easy for shaping and installation, adaptable to various radians of tunnel structures.
2. Customized Tunnel Steel Structure Framework Custom black steel grid support frame is prefabricated according to the tunnel arc dimension. The frame reserves installation positions for LED modules, power supplies and receiving cards. The whole skeleton has high structural stability, convenient for wiring, maintenance and heat dissipation. Power supplies and control cards are mounted on the back of the frame, with standardized cable layout.
3. Full-surround Immersive Visual Effect The continuous LED display covers both side walls and arched ceiling. When playing dynamic 3D video content, it brings strong space-depth illusion, making visitors feel like walking into a flowing digital space. 4. Reliable Backend Electrical & Control System Independent switching power supply and receiving card configuration for each module zone. Separated power cables and signal flat cables, neat wiring layout. Stable signal transmission, support synchronous video playback, multi-screen synchronization, high refresh rate and high grayscale performance, guaranteeing uniform brightness and color consistency across the whole tunnel.
5. Modular Installation & Convenient Maintenance Modular design of LED panels and supporting frame. Single module can be replaced separately from the rear side without disassembling large areas of screen. The structure is pre-assembled and tested in factory before on-site installation, greatly shortening on-site construction period.
